The New Hampshire license plate covers 2 years. Maybe the World war caused them to save on metal??? Any one knows let me know!! Why they did it that way. Other earlier NH plate goes year to year.

Very cool. I'll have to find one for my license plate collection. It wasn't a 2 year plate rather it ran from March one year to April the next year. During the war, they did make changes..

When i was a kid, we had a big old house with a huge barn. One wall was covered with license plates back to the early 1900s. Some of the early ones were made of cardboard/paper. That was in NH too.
