painted over ceramic vintage lamp base

far more work than I had anticipated to remove this paint but I am happy about what was underneath

not certain if the piece is Bitossi, Bagni, Zaccagnini or ???

definitely well-made and purchased in Italy

any suggestions on how best to remove the bit of remaining white and black paint caught in the ceramic crevices?

apparently the former owner did not like the watermelon red glaze ;-)
