This Watercolor Portrait needs to be re-matted and framed, but to me it looks nice just the way it is. I don't know who the Man is, Mayor, Governor, or Senator, or a Businessman, but it looks like a Photograph so realistic! The Signature R. Tragard, or Trazard, there's other markings at the bottom of the Painting, but may be framing instructions 15387 4 in prrc matte for 22 x 26.
If anyone has information about the Artist, or any Idea about who the Man in the Portrait might be, it would be appreciated! :^D
