At first i thought it was the St. Nicolas church in Leipzig, then Frankfort, and then Berlin... the steeple is different now, so it's really hard to tell. 2-3 of them are on rivers w/ an arched bridge too. But they all are so similar. I'm pretty sure that this was made in the middle of the 19th c, before any of the steeples were changed/renovated. I'd love it if someone can tell me which church it is! The etching is only 2.5 inches by 1.75 inches and the frame is 5.75 x 4.75 inches.
Spandau-Berlin. There's another Nicolaikirche in Berlin proper.
I think it is the Nicolaikirche in Hamburg before the great fire in 1842. After being rebuilt in a Neo Gothic style, it was destroyed again by Allied Air Forces during the extensive air raids on Hamburg in 1943. The unrestored tower of this church can still be seen in Hamburg.

yes it is Hamburg but it is Katharinen church and Ellerntorsbrücke
