This 2 1-2" silvertone starfish shaped brooch has sapphire blue rhinestones of various size, with a pale blue central round stone. By Weiss (1942-1971) with mark in oval on reverse ca 1950s

I have a couple other Weiss starfish posted here, all have totally different designs they were such a creative company. With this one, I think the "petals" (tentacles?) are really pretty, the tiny border stones give the marquise shapes a haloed effect
That's so cool- looks like it belongs in a mermaids long hair ^^ It's so sparkly, I can definitely see it as a centerpiece with other sea-themed jewels.
