This 2" flying fish brooch has pearly green enamel and one turquoise eye, with a goldtone framework and setting. By Gem-Craft of Providence RI which was founded in 1945, this fish with craft + copyright mark ca 1970s

Oooh gorgeous flying fish! I adore his lovely green and blue, or dark teal colour and his lovely flowing fins. He's definitely my favorite upload of yours this week, particularly his really elegant curving shape- he's diving back into the sea now, after doing a long flying jump! :)

Oh Lauren I'm really glad when you have a fave upload of mine & enjoyed this fishy! You're right it is a teal blue & green combo, the face is blue-green then the body all green - I think they wanted the fish's head to stand out. Those curvy fins are really great, and I tried to get a good picture of him diving, these fish in real life are like poetry in motion. Thank you as always for your fabulous praise
