This was a super buy it now on eBay AU!
This vase is made from translucent glass the shades from blue to lime green with a satin finish. The vase measures 13.2 cm tall, 4.8 cm across the top rim, & 4.5 cm across the base. There is a silver deposit decoration of a butterfly & a trim of silver around the top rim.
A nice match for the Goldberg owl vase I also picked up as a bargain buy in 2021.
Circa 1890s - 1900.

A beautiful piece. Congratulations. Decorated by K. Goldberg Glass refinery. But I'm curious if it will ever be possible to find out from which glassworks they ordered this glass for refining.

Yes, I've also wondered who made this glass - the vases are a simple, elegant shape, with a lovely smooth finish, & no pontil scars. The quality is excellent. I've been very fortunate to find these two so cheaply...
