This 10 arm wrought iron candelabra was found in a farmhouse in Northern New York State.
It is constructed in 12 sections, a base, a middle section that fits over the base and 10 individual candlesticks that are finely balanced on prongs in the middle section. The design uses cast balls on the base of each candlestick to balance the assembled candelabra. Assembled it measures 24” high and 20” across (without candles). The granddaughter remembers Christmas Eve sitting listening to stories from long ago lit by this candelabra, and a single fireplace.
