Here is a 5 1-4"H iridized aqua glass cat with handpainted berry & leaf accents by artist J. Cutshaw for Fenton Glass. This is the Stylized Cat #5065 designed by Jon Saffell for Fenton in the late 90s

Ooooh... Lovely glass kitty, whatever light he's in it's showing him up brilliantly with lovely green and blue and turquoise. His pose is also gorgeous, makes him look so sleek. I imagine he's one of those really fancy Siamese cats, he's sitting somewhere DEMANDING attention from his owner! ^^

Phil thank you for your awesome comment, this cat does have an expectant look & could very well be waiting at the door :) The eyes of the Stylized cat seem to stare, they are softer in this aqua and sometimes the opaque versions paint them closed with eyelashes to ameliorate their intensity
I hoped you would like this kitty Lauren, as right away you've noticed the Siamese & it even has an Egyptian exotic look, not only the face but the erect bearing is very regal. I'm glad you liked the lighting, it was a combination of daylight and home lighting, didn't want too much distortion from the iridescence. Aqua is always a fave glass color, and the painted accents by Fenton artists are always so pretty. Thank you for your terrific comment

Beautiful cat...I adore the iridized glass.... very regal stance on it....what is the old saying..."cats were once worshipped as gods...and have never forgotten"....seems fitting with this little one...haha
