This brooch is by Alfred Philippe, for Crown Trifari. With a large Sapphire pear rhinestone, two Pink marquise, one Sapphire and four Peridot rounds. Carnival glass baguettes and Red baguettes. It's from the Gem of India series. Oct. 2 - 1951. Patent 164,723.
