Hello Collectors, does anyone recognize this style lamp? It has been a cherished item in my grandfather's and now my home. When lit it is just beautiful and when their is a breeze the prisms move and provide a pretty tinkle sound.

Looks to be an Astral lamp. They were originally oil lamps but the majority were electrified at one point. I have one from my Grandparents.

Thank you for your comment, any idea on the value?

I've seen them retail from $375 to as much as $1500. Yours looks complete and appears to have the original correct style shade. There's usually a thin inner chimney which I can't see in your photo's. Being a family piece, like mine, I'd consider it priceless.

Beautiful Lamp! Possibly made by Cornelius from Philidelphia. VERY NICE!
