    I inherited a set of 12 of of these delicate glasses. All I know is that they are at least 50 years old. They look like fancy juice or dessert glasses. Any information or comments would be welcome!

      The decoration is done by a process called "needle etching", which involves acid and wax. Rather than go into a lengthy description of the process, you can google "needle etching" and find lots about it.
