My Mother bought this very large jardiniere and pedestal, 20" x 44", in the 1960's at a church bazaar in Goshen, IN for $20. She talked to the daughter of the original owner who told Mom she remembered as a little girl her parents receiving it from England in a big box. Growing up it sat in a window with a fern growing in it and by Sister and I knew if we ever knocked it over we wouldn't be able to sit down for weeks!
Sadly, my Mom had to move to a nursing home so what we always called a plant stand came home with me.

I have searched the internet to find out it's true origins. I found two in the same pattern, one in ivory that says it's a Weller and another one that appears to be painted in the same deep colors with high gloss that calls it a Roseville. There are no markings on it.

Any information you can give me would be very much appreciated as I am on a mission to finally answer my Mom's questions as to what she so ardently cherished and protected from an untimely death that may have been caused by two playing daughters!
