Needed a new place to store my clocks and came across this at a consignment store at a very very good $98 price tag. I did have to replace the knobs that were not original to the piece and stood out like a sore thumb. I added great warm LED lights to the cabinets. Great piece with very little wear a few scuffs and chips in the veneer on the drawers.. I haven't placed my Lawson Arlington in it yet, I am using it in my home office.

That is beautiful!! Wow, $98.00 I'm very jealous! And what a great place to keep the clocks!

1940's English piece, very nice. Should be easy to find some knobs...

Upstate when I saw it that was the first thing that popped into my mind, my Lawson Clycometers would look great in that, and if I say so myself they do.

Pop Abides actually the date on the back of the piece says 3/1938, close to 40's, but not there, it does appear to be be English in origin, and the knobs have been replaced.

Thanks everyone for the likes and loves on the secretary. I can't believe I was lucky enough to get it.
