it is also a perfume bottle
hard to tell from a picture, but the style is definitely reminiscent of of Victorian era, they loved their bow motifs and cameos. Cool that it's a perfume bottle too. If it is gold, its always worth something. If it is an antique, it has an added collectors value on top of that. Find a business who would sell the same thing, antique store, pawn shop, etc and see if you can show it to someone knowledgeable in antique jewellery.
