This is a cheap mirrored version of the Mucha Poster to advertise Job cigarette papers around 19oo. These were given a away as carnival prizes and sold in shop for low prices.

Lialling, I think you misinterpreted the word “Job” ( which is a brand name/company) as “work” (having employment).
The design and word “Job” is advertising cigarette-making supplies so no resume needed.
I totally agree with your statement that self-presentation is important when seeking a job and a nice place to live. A good resume is important.
