The Corvair Greenbriar was infact, a small van with a flat 6 engine. Spacious and economical... How could it not be the first mini van? This one was tin plate and probably Japanese made in 1/25 scale.

When I was a kid we had a green one, I can still hear the sound of that engine in the back.

VW Bus came out in 1954, making it the first mini van.

Nice! "The Big Book of Tin Toy Cars" states it was made in Japan by KTS (Tatsuya).
