This is an old sword with free china stamped over taiwan, the sword is hand carved, signed and numbered. Can anyone read the aboriginal inscriptions? Got a whole set of aboriginal weapons from a military estate sale along with a bunch of WW1 and WW2 USMC items.

It reads in Chinese: "Tai Wan Gao Shan" = "Taiwan High Mountain," often refering to the mountain dwelling tribes (such as Paiwan, Rukai, Atayal) vs. Plains dwelling tribes.

This is done in a Paiwan tribe-esque style with hundred pace snakes and ancestor heads. Obviously post 1949 with the "Free China" stamped on the blade.
