You have both images back to front. Unfortunately this is a modern fake of Vespasian which uses some characteristics of (new edition) RIC 221; (old edition) RIC 468. I have one from the same dies, in my fakes collection. This reverse is wrong, the way Victory is standing (her upper body should be leaning forewards), the lack of the inscription on the shield (should have a three line inscription OB/CIV/SERV), the way the mourning Jewess on the right is sitting .. etc. See a genuine one on wildwinds.com on the Vespasian page under RIC 221.
