    This is another necklace that I'm puzzled by. It looks old but then again not really sure. Its light in weight, not heavy. Measures 24-1/2 inches long. I think its silver/silverplate as there is some tarnishing to it. Don't know why there are "loops" on the chain part?? Could this be a chatelaine? If anyone knows what this is or has any info please let me know. thanks.
