random lot of Cadet uniforms from various Military Schools/academy. Slight differences in the uniform, especially in the collar. Unknown what Military Academy. One or two may be from West Point....nice lot from around the 1900's.

      Any photographers information on these?

The uniform is typical of West Point and numerous other Military Schools, so it is hard to pin down.

I can confirm that the center photo shows a West Point cadet uniform from the 1890s. I have a West Point class of 1898 photo with my grandfather in it. I would be happy to share it here if someone can send me a URL where it would belong. I searched in vain.

Eileen, I looked closely and the uniform in the center photo doesn't appear to me to be a West Point uniform.

The EXTRA trim line of black with the small loops is not something I have seen on a WP uniform. From my recollections, the "dress gray" of today is the same style that has been worn since the era of the image and doesn't have that trim.

You could add your photo to a posting about your grandfather-- many of us would be interested in seeing.
