Is the back of head marked Dee Cee canada ?
Dee and Cee was a Canadian doll manufacturer from 1938 to 1964. Your composition Mama doll is likely from 40's .She seems to have on a replaced newer wig and dress . Newer means from 70's to now . I wonder if she does have molded painted hair under the wig which would make more sense .

Thank you for the information,only Dee& Cee toy marked on back and not Canada.And you're right it does have painted & molded hair. Has glass eyes ,very pretty face but unfortunately a lot of repair to be done to it.
