      Pelham is a well known artist, you can find some of his paintings on online auctions. David Pelbam. Born in 1932,died in 2004,lived in Rhode Island, only painted between 1965 and 1975. He used his own image in all his paintings, some as a Ships Captain, Dock Worker, etc. Thanks
