    In 1910 James J. Jeffries came out of retirement, (11 years) With the hope of defeating the current champion Jack Johnson, for the heavyweight championship of the world. This photo was taken at the Rowardenan lodge, in Ben Lomond, Santa Cruz mt. , where he trained for the fight. He lost.
