"Dow-Corning" silicone treated tissue dispenser for eye glasses. Would probably have been in a rest room. This is a free vend item (no coin slot).

That item is familiar and confusing at the same time... I remember Sight Savers from my youth, but they came in thin, matchbook-like packets about 2 inches square (worked great, too!). Does this have a slot that would allow something that size to be dispensed one at a time? If not, my vote is a dispenser that would have been used in an optician's office, although I never saw one myself.
