This samurai shokai dragon candleholder was acquired by my father before world war 2. I dont mind about it until I saw the name samurai shokai sterling yokohama, it weight about 1.3 kilograms and 6 inches in height (dragon only).

Awesome piece of Meiji period metal work! Yokohama was the primary export location for decorative wares for the English market, so it makes sense that your father would have purchased this there.
