Unfortunately this sign is a recently made "fantasy" sign. It is not a reproduction as the PRR never used signs like this one. A large number of this type sign with various different railroads have been showing up on Internet auction sites over the last few years. Nice piece,but railnsail hit the nail on the head,its a cool piece i love it.
