The once red "Coca Cola" script on the clock face is faded to white and is barely visible, but it's still there! The bottom glass either is original or at least period correct with waves and bubbles, but is missing the gold painted "In Bottles 5 c" lettering. Keeps excellent time and the sound of the clock tick-tocking when the house is quiet is so relaxing and comforting. It's like it is the heartbeat of the home.

My parents have a virtually identical Gilbert Coca Cola clock that's been in the family since my grandfather purchased it from a downtown hardware store that was closing in the early 1930s. The only differences between theirs and mine are that their red "Coca Cola" script is still mostly red and is clearly visible. Their bottom glass, while cracked diagonally from one corner to the other, still retains most of its gold "In Bottles 5 c" lettering and their clock face has a gold ring about 3 inches in diameter in the exact center of the dial around where the hour and minute hands attach to the post.
