Its a Konwal Super Made in Japan The Info. on the Lighter is all that I have
I’m looking for Its age ?? Where has it Traveled ??? Who did it belong to ???

In my mind, any presention piece by a Vice-Admeral is pretty significant. You could contact the 7TH Fleet website and inquire about it.

You are good enough to find Collectors Weekly ! So go to the top of your screen and type in Google.com. When that page comes up there will be a box to type in.
THAT is where you type you questions. If you don't know what to ask just type in what is on the item. The Admiral's name. The 7TH Fleet. Konwall Super. All these things will help you find out about it.

The Konwal (Zippo Wannabe's) are very rare and very collectable as they were the subject of many icons like the one on your lighter. I own a great number of lighters such as the Konwal, Zippo, and penguin. All of them have unique icons on them which makes them valuable to those who identify with those icons. Normally the icons comemerate an event, time, or naval vessel. Prices vary wildly but a norm seems to hover around $100 depending on how nostalgic the buyer is. Age of your lighter would be around 50-60 yrs.
These lighters were also handed out as recognition for doing something well.
Similar lighters were used by the Army and other services.
Currently in US Army units (not sure about other services), the "unit coin" is used as a presentation piece for guests and to recognize achievement by personal.
