I recently found this great item on CL for only $150.00. It sells at auction for 5K-10K. The figurine was factory mounted in a lamp and is in mint condition. This is the first time I have seen this in a lamp. Please tell me what you think.

Hello Yohanna, actually my family name is German and I was named after my Father, who was named after Johann Strauss. I do, however, have Danish on my Grandmother's side. Only problem with the name Johann is that, in the US, most people do not know how to pronounce it; I get called Jo Ann a lot. It is embarrassing in a crowded Doctor's office.

That is a great find! It's so unusual and beautiful. And I love that the figure was mounted on a lamp. I saw the link you posted with the same figure by itself. I love it on the lamp. Wonderful! The pose, the hair in the hand--lovely details.
