    Looking for some info on this item. I have been unable to find another one on sites anywhere. Guessing 60's. Labeled - Trademark of Hershey Foods Corporation: Dutch Peddler Licensee

      The only thing I could find for you was that the Company that made it "Dutch Peddler" was established in 1961, so your item cant be any older than that. I would consider this item a re-issue in the 60's or later as that "a kiss for you" add was used in the early 1910's. hope this helps.
