    Here is a mystery. I found this on a beach in Virginia back in the 1960's. I have no idea what it is other then maybe a lid. The object is apx 2 1/2 inches across. It says WHITEHOUSE on it and it looks handmade.Yes that is my hand,only way I could take a picture of it lol.

      That is off a White House Vinegar jar, most likely a quart size.
      It is not hand made.

      I might as well add this.My wife says I have been collecting garbage for 60 years,of all things a vinegar jar lid . Must be a curse or something to collect things lol.

      Remind your wife that one of the most popular insect control companies there is uses white vinegar to get rid of pests. So it may be a good omen. Change the ph factor and the pest leaves, only $299
