Believe it or not, these three red vases and the green one belong to the same series designed by Tamara Aladin in 1971. There is another vase, which I haven't got yet and seems to be a rare one, which looksl ike the green one but has all the nods and volume at the top of the vase leaving a long stem at the bottom...
I have got the green one for several years already, and I was lucky to get the three red ones within a couple of weeks last December, from different sellers and for such a low price (do not think of Vetraio's prices.. these were a bit higher than that!)
The last one I got is the one with the biggest tulip which has a different shade of red. At first I was sort of disappointed because I wanted to have the three of them looking just the same, but now I am happy I can display them together whith that slight difference...

Thanks Amber! They weremade in a whole range of colours: these two different reds, dark blue, olive green, bright light green, amber yellow... but for some strange reason I wanted all of them red :)
