Handles on sides, heavy glass. Scalloped shape. Looks pretty old and worn.

This bowl could be what they call a jello bowl. That was what it was used for "JELLO"

I believe this to be an Aztec pattern 2-handled bowl by jeanette glass. I had one
in green. It was lovely till the color began coming off as yours appears to be. Hope this is helpful.
