      This is a Murray "Tooth Grill" , From 1968 to 1974 this pedal car could be found in many garages. The look of the car was updated to be more appealing. Got the info from:http://www.pedalcar.com/identify.php

      Don't know about prices.....I think I'd check the selling prices from e-bay for a starting point.
