I have no clue what this piece is or how to describe it.

Could anyone please help me out with some more information about this piece; age, period, maker, country of origin, value, name of items, process used to make it, etc?

I have a vase that looks a lot like this piece. I have it posted on this site. I lve the detail and age? Bottom markings on my piece is:
Royal Du
476 impressed, with 88, and I think 32 scratched on surface. I was told my piece was worth about $10.00.
