The bottom of the stein is marked with what looks like an HR and it also says Germany. There are some other markings too. Would like to know the maker and anything else about it...........its worth???

I believe the maker of this stein is Hauber & Reuther, manufactured sometime between 1886 and 1897. I don't know what it is worth, but hopefully this information will be helpful.

This Hauber & Reuther stein was made for them by Albert Jacob Thewalt. Visit http://www.steincollectors.org to learn more about antique German beer steins.
