      I'm an active diecast & fire truck collector, and I haven't ever seen a piece quite like this one. Most Japanese toy manufacturers at least had a makers mark on the bottom which would help point you in the right direction.

      This looks to be a Japanese knock-off of the Moko Lesney #9 (now Matchbox).
