These are vintage (50's or 60's? is my guess) Ace and Acco combs. According to the boxes, Acco is "a product of Ace." The nice thing about these combs is how dense and heavy they are. Unlike today's combs still made by this company that are flexible and "unbreakable," these are truly well made and sturdy products. I bought one other of the regular black Ace comb that I use because they're so much better than any comb I could find today. The weight and density is truly surprising.

The first one is a clear an Acco clear plastic "crystalon" long comb marked at 39 cents. I'm not sure exactly what crystalon is, Google just thinks I'm spelling something wrong. The second one is a short Acco comb and it is milk colored, almost looks like it should glow in the dark, made of tempered nylon, marked at 39 cents. The third one is an Ace black short comb made of hard rubber marked at 39 cents. The fourth one is an Ace black short comb that is double sided with small teeth made of hard rubber marked at 49 cents.
