    Recently found this sword and have no idea what it is. Silver Metal - may be some silver, but I didn't dare clean. Blade is 20" long, handle 10 1/2". The scabbard (Holder) is 23" long. Nice ornate carvings and scrollwork. Can you sword experts tell me what it might be. I can submit more photos if needed. Thanks so much!

      Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! I can now do more research on this sword. It was a donation at a charity thrift store where I volunteer and I sell for them on eBay. As soon as I can figure out possible age I will be listing it for sale. Thanks again!
