Cute basket I found and don't know anything about it.

I love this little basket. I know nothing about it and have tried some web searches but haven't found much like it.

It is about 9" tall to the tip of the little finger? handle, and about 7 inches wide.

I would love to hear what is is for, I thought it might be a small sewing basket but haven't found one like it.
