This antique full nesting set contains 7 inner cups and the outer for a total of 8 cups. All are marked with numbers, year 1863, Austrian imperial eagle and maker’s mark ``CH Prag``.(It could be assay office, though). It weighs 1 Habsburg pound and is solid brass. It is 0.8 inches tall by 1.2 inches across the lid. The unusually heavy Habsburg (civil) pound of 16 ounces was later defined in terms of 560.012 grams.

There's a recurring '365',and the weights are in 'L's.on the top,it says 1,followed by what looks like two lower case b's.the 365is in the stamp,I can't quite make out what is over top of it.any help?
      Thanks,JamesB

      Hello,
I suggest to measure weight of each peace in grams and then it will make sense when weights are put in a sequence. If this small, it must be one ounce and fractions of it, i.e. 1/16 etc. Being hollow, they were used as liquid measures, too. As for the symbols, really difficult to find what they mean. ``365`` was probably registered with the assay office.
