I immediately loved when I frst saw it. It's elegant and fragile. Is it designed by Cari Zalloni, by Erich Jachmann or Sigrid Kupetz? I don't know. But it figures in a WMF catalogue from 1973. I would be grateful for hints.
It reminds me of the earlier Clutha glass of Christopher Dresser by James Couper & Sons of Glasgow. It is a really nice solifleur vase. Does it have a name in the catalogue?
What a treasure to have is that catalogue!
Unfortunately I don't possess the catalogue, I have only these reproductions which are too small to be read.
I always thought this one's Jachmann, but it's only a guess... As soon as I can take picturesagain I'll take thoseof two WMF I think to be Jachmann's. They have simmilar tops to this one.
I would be grateful!
There's also a cobalt blue one for sale on the germany auction site ;-)
I don't find it. did you already buy it?
haha, no :)
someone else must have bought it :)
Do you still find the photo or the link?

Unfortunately it has a chip. Is it really the same? In any case it's taller - 27 cm, mine is 22 cm. the fact is, that it would really be good to have the WMF catalogue.
well, you be the judge of that..
it looks pretty much identical but you never know of course
Oh such a thin neck and deep color. What a spectacular combination.
Thank you, AmberRose. It's one of my favorite pieces. And I still don't know the designer.
I wish I knew cobaltcobold!
I have new informations! Seems really to be Cari Zalloni. It existed in different sizes and colors: blue, red, green and amber.
I have 2 in red.
One problem is that the opening are so small it is difficult to remove any cloudiness from the insides
Looks like a vase by Tom Connally for Greenwich Flint Craft glass from 1969
