    hello from ireland,hope ye are all keeping well,as my title says im a brass nut ,over the years i get a few bits here and there but this one brass cash register is my dream ,but i realy need help as parts are needed for this ,i dont have a clue about it,as you look at it face on top left numbers 147635, the top right numbers says 37, there was a small brass plate about 8 inchs long between them numbers,but its gone im going to need that,any body out there help me with the history as without. the model numbers i cant get the parts i need,the drawer on the side of it i think it says aug=18=1896 also it has the letter Y engraved on it? any help i would be very very greatful,thanks anthony, ps i got it in the celler of a pub in fermoy co cork in clancy bar,,

      this site is my last hope,im going nuts trying to find out the model and history,thanks it is a lovely brass register,but if i only had a name for it so i could get the few parts i need,Anthony

      yes paper stuck under the drawer,but unreadable,the numbers are correct,theres a letter Y STAMPED on the side of the drawer,???? what that means i dont know,i would love to see a picture of this brass histroy in all its glory any ideas,where as im lost,where can i buy the plate thats missing/thanks your very help ful
