I am wondering if anyone has ever seen this shape in Royal Fan aka Turkey Tracks. It is mouth blown with a ground pontil on the bottom.

      I've not seen it.
But check with a search of Pukeberg “Solfjäder” .

      I love the stopper!
The best photo collection of seen of it all is here:
      http://www.flickr.com/photos/auggiearniethom/2923301772/in/photostream/

Two names too! Harald Notini and the American Jules H Venon.

Another name is Börje A Y Åkerblom's who has a site which is indeed a fountain of information, too!

Then there's this on the lion's head plate:

This is also something new too: https://picasaweb.google.com/109222458807469199256/VenonGlasPukebergOchDiverseAnnat?authkey=Gv1sRgCO2bo5LXnJuhDg

It's some snips from an Antiques magazine in Sweden. Or was, it seems! I can't see the decanter there.
      The square shape looks unusual.
There was also another design besides the Fan.
