Again same barn... the place was a treasure chest. after some research and alot of very helpful pedal car people this was identified as a Triang Chieftain. I am currently restoring it and will post pictures as I progress.

Awesome!....this is identicle to the one I just restored this past winter. I'm not sure if you read my reply to your post regarding tires...here it is.
The tires were actually quite easy. I used "V" groove fan belts. The type used on household piston water pumps, which you can find at most local hardware stores or automotive supply stores, but the auto ones are more expensive. Once I wrapped the belt around the wheel I cut it to make a good butt joint. Then I applied some automotive windshield urethane adhesive in the groove of the wheel at the joint. Then I took and joined a couple of long zip ties (wire ties) and wrapped this around the outside of the fan belt and squeezed the end of the pull tab in a bench vise and pulled on the wheel zipping the tie as tight as I could . Then after letting it set over night I took a razor blade (box knife) and cut the zip tie off. Perfect fit and difficult to tell from the original ones. I hope this helps.
