This is a neon advertising sign for DACOR a brand of diving equipment. We have had it for several years and as you can see it works! Does anyone know how old this might be? I researched the manufacturer and they have been purchase by a conglomerate, We are also looking for a of a site that might have more of this type signage and attract potential buyers? Beer, car and soda signs are the majority of those we see online since they are the most popular.

Dacor was THE brand to have in diving equip. in the 50-60s Dad had Dacor flippers ,mask, snorkel ,tank & several other pieces. bought out by A.M.F. (i think) very cool sign took me back to "Flipper" "Sea hunt" "Fantasic Voyage" . how big is the sign?
Yes, I had DACOR in the 70s. Ha still have it, Don't think I'll use them again.

Yes, we have the same sign...been hanging in our shop for about 20 yrs. They were bought by the Italian Co. that owns Mares diving equipment. They shut them down around 2005. They were one of the oldest US made brands in SCUBA...sad to say they are gone! I still use their stuff!
