My fathers favorite vases, but what are they?

I was given these beautiful blue vases shortly after my fathers passing, they're so unique and beautiful...I just want to know more about them, all I know is that he bought them in Czechoslovakia during his stay over-seas in the military. I believe it was right after the wall went down. Any light on these would be amazing!
