A gift from my daughter. She knows what i like. I particularly like the rose pattern. I'm not concerned with the history , if it pleases my eye, i love it!

Yes, in the sun it almost glows. I have one that i need to post, maybe you'll know what the heck it is. It's super cheap, blue glass, not cobalt, and has the impression of Napoleon on it. Thanks for the love. Jim
