      I think she might be a depiction of Guanyin, although I hadn't seen her standing on a koi fish before. Often you will see her is on a lotus flower or dragon. You can find out more about this bodhisattva at http://www.lianhuayuan.net/index312.htm and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guanyin. Hope you can find out more, she's rather pretty!
